Reaction Principle :

NaCLO3 + 2HCL →CLO2+1/2CL2+NaCL+H2O

Raw material : sodium chlorate (GB/T1618-1995.tontent ≥99%)

Hydrochloric acid (GB320-93,concentration ≥31%)

Features:

1. For production of compound disinfectant (mainly based chlorine dioxide and aided by  chlorine gas ) calculated by available chlorine ,CLO2 content >70%

2. Flowmeter dosage system for transferring raw material ensures simple operation .accurate material input ,un-blockage and stable performance .

   
   

Consumption of raw material :

1g available chlorine consumes 0.65g sodium  chlorate and 1.3g hydrochloric acid .
